Paul is the author of this Book probably written from Corinth while on a missionary trip. Timothy and Silas are with Paul as they teach the early church that Christians are going to go through trials and tribulations but be of good courage because Jesus has overcome them all. Also the church continues to learn how to be prepared for the coming of our Lord and Savior as we read and study Chapters 1-3.
