Mary Stayed and Saw Jesus Most People Leave Too

Most people leave too soon…

Mary didn’t.

When everyone else walked away—Peter, John, the crowd—Mary stayed. And because she stayed, she became one of the first to see the risen Jesus.

📖 John 20:11–16 (NRSV) — Mary stood weeping outside the tomb… and then she encountered Jesus.

This is a powerful truth for every believer:

➡️ Not everyone who shows up stays

➡️ Not everyone who stays sees

➡️ But those who remain in His presence experience more
